How does YooDoo connect to my POS?
We connect through secure, read-only integrations to your POS vendor’s API or supported data feed. You control what is shared; we only ingest what we need for demand modelling and shift prompts. No new hardware on the floor.
Which POS systems does YooDoo support?
We support the major hospitality POS platforms used in multi-site operations. In discovery we validate your stack and any custom setup. If you rely on an uncommon system, we tell you early what is possible.
How quickly can we go live?
Most teams are live within days once POS access and internal approvals are in place, not months. YooDoo starts sending prompts as soon as the connection is active.
Is my data used to train public AI models?
No. Your data is used to run forecasting and prompts for your organisation only. We do not sell it, publish it in aggregate for others, or use it to train third-party foundation models.
What happens if WhatsApp is unavailable?
We design around normal messaging uptime. For continuity, we agree fallbacks with you, often email or another approved channel, so duty managers still receive critical prompts when policy allows.
Can we start with a small pilot?
Yes. Many operators start with two or three locations, prove the impact, then roll out. We help you pick sites that give a clear read on results.
