Predictive Insights

To the People who Run the World's Kitchens: We're Giving You Your Time Back.

You didn't get into hospitality to stare at a screen - you got into it for the guests. We exist to put forecasting and execution tools in the flow of service, not on top of it.

Economics with an Apron on.

Predictive Insights was born from a simple realisation: gut feel doesn't work in the quick-service world. As part of the Alphawave Group - a specialised technology investment group dedicated to building world-class tech businesses - we set out to solve the execution crisis between the boardroom and the pass.

We turned behavioural economics and demand forecasting into a tactical daily partner: YooDoo on WhatsApp. From morning setup to end-of-day sign-out, it's automated, guided, and built for managers who are already in motion.

Trusted where execution matters

From regional groups to global brands, Predictive Insights is the quiet partner helping kitchens run on numbers, not noise. We don't replace manager judgment; we put the right signal in front of them at the right moment.

From "Gut Feel" to "Done."

Moving beyond intuition into timely, data-led prompts, without pulling anyone off the floor.

Prep & production accuracy

Forecasts tied to your POS replace static printouts so prep volumes and timing follow demand, not yesterday's habit.

P&L visibility

Labor leakage and COGS drift show up as concrete prompts: staff the line for the lunch you're about to see, not the lunch you remember.

Predictive labor & WhatsApp

YooDoo delivers short, structured messages managers already know how to use, so adoption happens in the workflow, not after a training course.

Ready to reclaim your time?

Join the operators who have traded guesswork for precision, without giving managers another login to forget.

Our people

We're a team of operators, data scientists, and product builders backed by Alphawave - focused on one thing: making sure the work on the pass gets easier, not harder.
